AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO WINSTON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO BE DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY AMONG THE BETHEDEN VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, EAST WINSTON VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, HIGHPOINT VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND LOUISVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT, TO ASSIST IN PAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PURCHASING EQUIPMENT AND IMPROVEMENTS TO FACILITIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
