AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-17-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT ANY UNSPENT TANF FUNDS REMAINING FROM THE PRIOR FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE EXPENDED FIRST TO PAY FOR THE EDUCATION-RELATED EXPENSES OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN NURSING EDUCATION COURSES AS PART OF WORKFORCE TRAINING AND PAY FOR THE CHILD CARE EXPENSES OF THOSE PERSONS WHILE THEY ARE TAKING THE NURSING EDUCATION COURSES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
