AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-3-15, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS' COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE SERVICES PROVIDER TO ESTABLISH A HEPATITIS C PROGRAM AND A HIV TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR STATE INMATES; TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS SHALL DEVELOP A PLAN FOR IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF FEMALE INMATES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
