AN ACT TO IMPOSE CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS ON COMPANIES THAT OFFER MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS, MEDICARE PART D PLANS AND MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT POLICIES TO RESIDENTS OF MISSISSIPPI; TO AUTHORIZE THE COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
