AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 25-3-93 AND 25-3-95, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT THAT A STATE EMPLOYEE MUST USE ONE DAY OF ACCRUED PERSONAL OR COMPENSATORY LEAVE, OR LEAVE WITHOUT PAY IF THE EMPLOYEE HAS NO ACCRUED PERSONAL OR COMPENSATORY LEAVE, BEFORE THE EMPLOYEE MAY USE MAJOR MEDICAL LEAVE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
