AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 83-17-59, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE AN OUTSIDE TESTING SERVICE UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE TO ADMINISTER EXAMINATIONS FOR AN INSURANCE PRODUCER LICENSE TO ADHERE TO THE STANDARDS AND BEST PRACTICES SET FORTH BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
