AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-17-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES TO TRANSFER 30% OF THE TANF BLOCK GRANT RECEIVED BY THE STATE EACH FISCAL YEAR TO THE CHILD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT FUND (CCDF), TO BE USED AS VOUCHERS TO PAY FOR CHILD CARE FOR QUALIFYING CHILDREN UNDER THE CHILD CARE PAYMENT PROGRAM (CCPP); AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
