AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO ASSIST THE CITY OF GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI, IN PAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING REPAIRS, RENOVATIONS, UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARK AREAS OF CERTAIN FACILITIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
