Altering the amount of a certain assessment charge; altering the definition of "marketing" and the content of certain materials for purposes of an electric company, a gas company, or an electric cooperative recovering certain costs through rates; altering certain authorizations and restrictions on the offer and sale of certain electricity supply and gas supply; repealing certain provisions relating to regulating the price of green power; abolishing a certain division within the Public Service Commission; etc.
