Summary

Establishing a Class L beer, wine, and liquor permit in Frederick County; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Frederick County to issue the permit to a holder of a manufacturer's license that also holds a Class DBR brewery license or a Class DDS distillery permit; and specifying that the permit authorizes the permit holder to sell or provide samples of certain beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption under certain circumstances.
