Establishing the Workgroup on Post-Operative Cosmetic Care to study the regulation of post-operative cosmetic and body-altering services provided by nonphysician practitioners with focus on patient safety, consumer protection, and continuity of care; and requiring the Workgroup to submit its final report of findings and recommendations by December 1, 2027, to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House.
