Title: Prescription Drug Monitoring Program - Data Disclosure to Federal Law Enforcement - Limitation
Altering the circumstances under which the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program is required to disclose prescription monitoring data to a federal law enforcement agency to prohibit the disclosure if the Protected Health Care Commission determines that the data is sensitive health services information that has been determined by the Secretary of Health to be legally protected health care.
