Title: An Act to Expand Access to Vaccines Approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration by Allowing Pharmacists to Prescribe, Dispense and Administer Vaccines and Require Insurance Coverage
This bill would expand access to vaccines approved by the Food and Drug Administration by allowing pharmacists to prescribe, dispense and administer vaccines and require first-dollar insurance coverage regardless of whether the vaccine is prescribed for on-label or off-label use.
