Title: Resolve, to Study the Use of Technology in Classrooms and Study Safeguards Related to Its Use
This resolve would require the Department of Education to contract with an education policy research institute to survey educators on the use of classroom technology, gather current guidance from state and national experts about best practices for safe instructional technology use for children and submit a report of the department's findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than December 2026.
