This bill would modify provisions governing distribution of funds from the Stipend Fund to agricultural fair licensees. This bill would remove language that prohibits consideration of premiums paid by a licensee for a competition held at a time other than during the period during which the licensee's annual fair is held in calculating the amount of funds to be distributed to the licensee. This bill would specifically allow that premiums paid for a competition judged within 24 hours prior to the licensed fair date may be considered in calculating the licensee's distribution from the Stipend Fund.
