AN ACT concerning insurance; enacting the Kansas municipal self-funded health and prescription drug insurance pool act; relating to group-funded pools; establishing certain reserve, maximum exposure funding and reporting requirements for municipal self-funded medical and prescription drug insurance pools; amending K.S.A. 12-2618 and 12-2621 and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 12-2620 and repealing the existing sections.
