AN ACT concerning education; relating to student activities; authorizing nonpublic schools to permit nonaccredited private elementary or secondary school students to participate in certain activities for such nonpublic schools; making it unlawful to discriminate against students based on enrollment status; providing for a moratorium on interscholastic contests, activities and practices during certain time periods.
