AN ACT concerning elections; relating to the conduct thereof; prohibiting enforcement of federal immigration laws at polling places and locations designated for the canvassing, auditing and recounting of ballots; amending K.S.A. 25-2703 and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 25-3005, 25-3009 and 25-3107 and repealing the existing sections.
