AN ACT concerning the uniform controlled substances act; moving marijuana and tetrahydrocannabinols from schedule I to schedule III of the act; amending K.S.A. 21-5706 and 65-4109 and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 65-4105 and repealing the existing sections.
