AN ACT concerning crimes, punishment and criminal procedure; reconciling multiple amendments to certain statutes; adding mitragynine to schedule I of the uniform controlled substances act; amending K.S.A. 21-5801, as amended by section 2 of 2026 House Bill No. 2413, and 21-6614, as amended by section 2 of 2025 House Bill No. 2323, and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 65-4105, as amended by section 2 of 2025 House Bill No. 2365, and repealing the existing sections; also repealing K.S.A. 21-5801, as amended by section 7 of 2025 House Bill No. 2347, and 21-6614, as amended by section 4 of 2025 House Bill No. 2393.
