AN ACT concerning the senate committee on confirmation oversight; clarifying that the chairperson and vice chairperson shall have access to review tax information and Kansas bureau of investigation background checks on persons appointed to office who are subject to senate confirmation; amending K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 22-4714, 75-712 and 75-4315d and repealing the existing sections.
