Summary

AN ACT concerning campaign finance; requiring treasurers for candidates and persons who promote or oppose the adoption of constitutional amendments to report lists of small donors to the public disclosure commission; providing that such lists shall not be a part of any report required to be made public; amending K.S.A. 25-4148 and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 25-4180 and repealing the existing sections.
