Title: SB380 - Requiring retail electric suppliers to provide nondiscriminatory rates and services to entities that provide electric vehicle charging services and prohibiting any costs and expenses associated with a retail electric supplier's electric vehicle charging stations from being recovered in electric rates.
AN ACT concerning electric public utilities; relating to electric vehicle charging services; requiring certain electric public utilities to offer fair, reasonable and nondiscriminatory rates and services to entities that provide electric vehicle charging services; prohibiting recovery of any costs and expenses associated with any electric vehicle charging station of the utility through the utility's electric rates, except for costs and expenses to provide the retail electric service necessary for a customer's fast charging station; establishing an expiration date.
