AN ACT concerning criminal history record information; relating to state and national criminal history record checks; requiring the state board of education to conduct state and national criminal history record checks on all school employees; creating the criminal history record check reimbursement fund for certain state and criminal history record checks conducted by the Kansas department for aging and disability services; amending K.S.A. 72-2165 and 72-4223 and K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 22-4714 and repealing the existing sections.
