AN ACT concerning employment; prohibiting the employment of unauthorized aliens by business entities and public employers; requiring use and registration of the e-verify program; prohibiting the deduction of certain wages and remuneration to unauthorized aliens; amending K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 79-32,117 and repealing the existing section.
