AN ACT concerning the department of health and environment; relating to radiation protection and control; authorizing the secretary of health and environment to license nuclear fusion systems; establishing such licensure fee; authorizing the secretary to impose late fees for any expired radiation protection and control license; amending K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 48-1603 and 48-1606 and repealing the existing sections.
