AN ACT concerning health professions and practices; relating to physician assistant practice agreements; providing that applicants for a physician assistant license submit to a criminal history record check; providing for the collaboration between a physician and a physician assistant; requiring the revocation of a physician assistant license under certain circumstances; amending K.S.A. 65-28,127, 65-28a01, 65-28a02, 65-28a03, 65-28a04, 65-28a05, 65-28a06, 65-28a08, 65-28a09 and 65-28a11 and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 22-4714 and repealing the existing sections.
