AN ACT concerning the environment; enacting the PFAS protection act; prohibiting certain products that contain intentionally added PFAS; authorizing the department of health and environment to adopt rules and regulations to prohibit certain products that contain intentionally added PFAS; requiring disclosure of information and the testing of products that contain intentionally added PFAS and are sold, offered for sale, distributed or distributed for sale in this state.
