AN ACT concerning children and minors; relating to the adoption and placement of a child among states; enacting the interstate compact for the placement of children; declaring legislative findings for the enactment of the compact; authorizing the administration and implementation of such compact; allowing for supplementary or financial agreements; requiring compliance with the compact and imposing a penalty for noncompliance; repealing K.S.A. 38-1201, 38-1202, 38-1203, 38-1204, 38-1205 and 38-1206.
