AN ACT concerning crimes, punishment and criminal procedure; relating to breach of privacy; increasing penalties for attempt, conspiracy or criminal solicitation to commit certain violations of such crime; modifying the culpable mental state required to commit such crime; increasing penalties for certain violations if the victim is less than 18 years of age; amending K.S.A. 21-5301, 21-5302 and 21-5303 and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 21-6101 and repealing the existing sections.
