AN ACT concerning school districts; relating to boards of education; requiring each board of education to allocate the amount of membership association dues to individual board members; prohibiting payment of such dues if a board member elects not to join such membership association; authorizing payment of such dues if a board member elects to join a membership organization; amending K.S.A. 72-1145 and repealing the existing section.
