Summary

AN ACT concerning driver's licenses; requiring citizenship status be listed on the license; requiring persons who show a driver's license listing them as noncitizens at a polling place shall be given a provisional ballot if such persons claim to be a citizen; amending K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 8-243 and repealing the existing section.
