Title: PUC; Cross-subsidization; Prohibition
Prohibits the Public Utilities Commission from allowing, requiring, approving, establishing, or implementing any rule, order, decision, or other regulatory action that provides for or results in cross-subsidization involving a water carrier. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
