A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 31-6-47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to exemptions from the certificate of need program, so as to revise an exemption from certificate of need requirements concerning life plan communities; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
