Title: Controlled Substances; determine whether a controlled substance has been adulterated; authorize the use of testing equipment
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 26-3-22 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to other laws unaffected by the "Georgia Drug and Cosmetic Act, so as to authorize the use of testing equipment to determine whether a controlled substance has been adulterated; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes."
