A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 4 of Article 15 of Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to false advertising, so as to require any person, firm, or corporation to display all fees associated with a consumer transaction when displaying the total price of a good; to provide for exceptions; to provide for violations; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
