A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act providing a new charter for the City of Barnesville, approved March 11, 1987 (Ga. L. 1987, p. 3865), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 12, 2005 (Ga. L. 2005, p. 3510), so as to change the description of the election districts for the city council; to provide for definitions and inclusions; to provide for continuation in office of current members; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
