A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 4 of Title 1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to holidays and observances, so as to designate October 9 of each year as "PANDAS Day"" in Georgia; to provide for legislative findings; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes."
