Title: Revenue and taxation; increase tax rate on consumable vapor products

Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to taxes on tobacco and vaping products, so as to increase the rate of the tax on consumable vapor products; to provide that the proceeds derived from such increase are intended to be appropriated for healthcare purposes; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
