Title: Cobb County; board of commissioners; revise a requirement for public hearings
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to amend an Act creating the board of commissioners for Cobb County, Georgia, approved April 4, 1991 (Ga. L. 1991, p. 4492), as amended, so as to revise a requirement for public hearings before the commission is authorized to spend over $100,000.00 to employ an independent consultant or conduct an independent study; to provide for other related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
