A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to motor vehicles and traffic, so as to require the placement of a special identifying sticker on the windshields of alternative fueled vehicles; to provide for the design and distribution of such stickers by the Department of Revenue; to provide for the designation of a vehicle as an alternative fueled vehicle on a motor vehicle registration application; to provide for a penalty; to provide for exceptions; to provide for definitions; to provide for legislative findings and purpose; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
