Title: Income tax; commercial pilot, aircraft mechanic, or an aircraft technician; exempt taxable net income as a sign-on bonus or retention bonus
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to income taxes, so as to exempt from taxable net income certain income received by a commercial pilot, aircraft mechanic, or aircraft service technician as a sign-on bonus or retention bonus; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
