A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 19 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to domestic relations, so as to provide protection for household pets in both family violence and dating violence protective orders; to provide for a definition and an exclusion; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
