A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to state government, so as to provide for regional tariff transition advisory councils; to provide for membership and duties of such councils; to provide for reporting requirements; to provide for administrative support and funding sources; to provide for a short title; to provide for legislative findings and purpose; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
