A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 15-11-64 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to collection of information by juvenile court clerks, reporting requirement, and data collection, so as to require that juvenile court clerks collect and submit data regarding monetary sanctions assessed for juvenile offenders to the Administrative Office of the Courts; to provide for reporting requirements; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
