A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to physician assistants, so as to authorize physician assistants to receive certain delegated authorities from podiatric physicians; to provide for definitions; to amend Chapter 35 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to podiatry practice, so as to authorize podiatric physicians to delegate certain authorities to physician assistants; to provide for definitions; to provide for supervising and alternate supervising podiatric physicians; to provide for job descriptions; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
