A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 23 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to agents, agencies, subagents, counselors, and adjusters relative to insurance licensing, so as to provide for a limited license to offer or sell portable electronics and consumer goods insurance; to revise definitions; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
