A BILL to be entitled an Act to provide for an advisory referendum for the purpose of ascertaining whether the electors of Union County desire the governing authority of that county to be changed from a sole commissioner to a five-member board of commissioners; to provide for mandatory execution of election and judicial remedies regarding failure to comply; to provide for related matters; to provide for legislative purposes and findings; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
