Title: Chiropractors; replace term chiropractor with chiropractic physician

Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 9 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to chiropractors, so as to replace the term "chiropractor"" with ""chiropractic physician""; to amend Title 14 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to corporations, partnerships, and associations, so as to provide for professional corporations jointly owned by chiropractic physicians and physicians; to amend Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to public officers and employees, so as to provide for conforming changes in terminology; to amend various titles of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, so as to provide for conforming changes in terminology; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes."
