A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 48-7-29.8 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to tax credits for the rehabilitation of historic structures, so as to revise expiration and transferability; to provide for reversion and reporting; to provide for construction; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
